how to fx i9505 call hang when make call

Hi,


Today i received samsung i9505 s4 , it stuck when make call and stay at least 4 second with black mode then turn in normal screen. I tried to reset no lack.

What might be the problem.

Where can get new firmware 4.3, mine is 4.2.2
